Want to dive deeper into what Biking While Black is all about? Check out our pilot podcast mini-series we launched in May 2025. UCLA intern, Talia Hamilton, recorded and produced this four-part podcast series to dive more deeply into mobility justice for BIPOC communities in Los Angeles as a part of her final capstone project. The podcast features interviews with community members, advocates, and community leaders to explore how race, transportation, and public safety intersect in the lived experiences of Angelenos. Through storytelling and critical analysis, Voices in Justice highlights the barriers many residents face in navigating the city and calls attention to the need for equity-driven solutions.
You can listen to the podcast on Spotify and Substack. Make sure to sign up for our Substack newsletter to receive updates about future podcasts.
